Looking ahead to an exciting year!
We have thoroughly enjoyed the process of building Bike + and aligning ourselves with the other elements of the Sporta Group. It has been a privilege to engage with so many wonderful people in the world of travel and sport. However, now comes the best bit and most enjoyable challenge………delivering on our promises.
With the great news of restrictions starting to ease - as our very clever scientists understand the new variant better - travel becomes a realistic option again. We hope that the first quarter of this year will see more interest and more bookings for the year ahead and that we are able to meet and develop relationships with more fabulous people.
What are we offering?
We already have some great trips dialled in, with clubs heading to the Oliva Nova resort in March, Flanders in April and Ventoux in June, as well as taking a school group to the Grand Depart in Copenhagen - yup that is a pretty cool school trip!
To give you more of an idea what our trips look like and what the cost may be, we have listed a few below.
Provence - 3 nights in Sault, transfers, flights, vineyard tour and on road support - from £575pp
Mediterranean coast - Oliva Nova resort, Denia or Aguilas - 3 nights half board accommodation, transfers, flights and on road support - from £450
The Alps or Pyrenees - options in Annecy and the lour on Valley - POA
London to Paris - Group travel (20 or more) for 4 nights and travelling via the Somme - from £600pp
The Flandrien Challenge - 4 nights in Oudenaarde, Eurostar, support vehicle and transfers - from £500
We also have partner resorts in Mallorca, The UAE, Lloret de Mar and in the UK where we can offer bespoke trips for small or large groups.
For fixed date trips keep an eye on our social media as we have recently launched a trip to Gent Wevelgem starting at Cadence Cycle Hub, Litlington and we have a Mont Ventoux trip in the pipeline!
Our Covid promise
If you are unable to travel due to having a covid infection or due to government guidelines, we will offer a full refund including deposit. We can also roll over deposits should your situation change and you are no longer able to travel due to a non covid reason. Hopefully, this means that you feel secure in the knowledge that your hard earned money will not be lost.
What next?
We are super keen to hear from our community about what sort of trip or adventure they would like us to investigate. We have already had some interesting thoughts on point to point adventures and we are also looking at Slovenia, given the Grand Tour contenders they have recently produced and much of it looks both unspoilt and new to the cycling community.
